Do check out the interesting charity drive along Orchard Road. Not exactly a charity drive, rather, should I say, Charity Driven by money?

Walk down Orchard from Wheelock Place to Takashimaya, you will probably be stopped by several teenagers who seem to be kind souls promoting this certain charity organisation. If you donate the stipulated ten bucks, a soft magnetic white board will be yours. Obviously, that's not the crux of the issue.

The entire problem with this, is apparently how much these people get from the 10 bucks. Well, Kettle and I contributed 5 bucks each one weekday afternoon. Only to realise that Wendy and Hippo went for THAT interview the same afternoon in a beauty salon. Just tell me how reliable THIS is going to be.

I always thought that Mr.Peanuts saga would have ended this entire whirlpool of shit. Obviously, it's a bottomless pit of, yes, shit. This is an extract of Wendy and Hippo's interview.

W: Erm, what job is this? I heard it's a promoter's job. erm what are we supposed to promote?

Interviewer (I): Oh! this is a good job! you are doing charity and earning up to 1000 bucks a week! (Apparent contradiction)

W: What are we supposed to do?

Interviewer: You see those teenagers along Orchard Road asking you to donate 10 bucks? Ya! That's the one. If they donate 10 bucks, they can get THESE! (magnetic softboard) So can you imagine, if you sell blah blah blah within a day, so blah blah blah within a week, and blah blah blah amount you are going to get!

ONE - i think this is plain bullshit
TWO - i feel like squeezing this guy's bank account dry
THREE - i hope he needs the chartiy some day.

Hi people! It has been months (well, to be precise 2 months in like 5 days time?) since I last blogged. Anyways, I've met up with most of you guys, so there ain't much that I need to update here right?

I've got hundreds of photos, but I never seem to be able to upload them. Reason being, yours sincerely is a tech idiot. I just can't seem to get things done. But ANYWAYS, LV in Hong Kong is FABULOUS. Pretty building, Pretty bags. Our shopping in Hong Kong was even longer than the 9-5 working hours. Spent approximately S$500, and I'm proud to say that, I got quite alot of stuff with that amount I spent. Thanks to the magical word - SALE.

Caught some interesting sights over there. Demonstrations. Lee Jia Xin (God knows who is he/she, but I found that person at Watson's doing some opening ceremony.)

-Digression: I'm at work now.-

Currently doing teaching + admin at Hai Sing. Part time tuition. and Tuition coordinator. Life is pretty good. Alittle busy though. But well, money rolls in at the end of the month. At least, There's a motivation there. C=

I'm just praying that I'm not paving my future as a teacher. Kill me if I'm doing so.

Hippo is working downstairs now. Our admin clerk. Glad that I have her working together with me. BUT I have to see her everyday. SO SIAN. Haha*
